| 1. Cut a triangular slice from the skin of the chilli near the bottom of the chilli about 1 cm long. |  |
| 2. Cut another triangular slice from the skin of the chilli next to the first slice. |  |
| 3. Cut triangular slices from the skin of the chilli all the way around near the bottom of the chilli. |  |
| 4. Cut the next triangular slice in between and above two of the slices below. |  |
| 5. Continue this around the chilli. |  |
| 6. Continue cutting slices in this manner all the way to the top of the chilli. |  |
| 7. Put the chilli in very cold water and watch the slices curl. |  |
| 8. The finished carved chilli that looks like a Kiriboon flower. |  |
