THAI CARVING

How To Carve Fruits and Vegetables

  • Use fresh vegetables and fruits that are at the stage just before they are ripe.
  • If it is going to be eaten wash the fruit or vegetable. Wash your hands, carving tools and chopping board.
  • Use a sharp, stainless steel knife which will not discolour the carving.
  • Carve as quickly as possible to keep the carving fresh.
  • Carve gently so it does not break or bruise.
  • Don't carve out more than is necessary.

The Kiriboon Flower Chilli

1. Cut a triangular slice from the skin of the chilli near the bottom of the chilli about 1 cm long.How To Carve A Kiriboon Chilli Flower 1
